Gold Cascade Terms of Play

These Terms of Play apply to Gold Cascade, a free browser-based coin dozer game published by Awesome People Software, LLC. By using the game, you agree to use it as a skill toy and to follow these terms.

Free play only

Gold Cascade has no real-money gambling, wagering, cash-out, account balance, transferable currency, or exchangeable prize value. Coins, points, prizes, streaks, and wallet balances are game-only values. They cannot be sold, redeemed, transferred, or used to buy anything.

Browser-local progress

The game stores progress, settings, scores, and save backups in your browser. A reset or cleared site data can remove that local state. Exported save files are backups for your own browser-local play, not proof of ownership, a server ranking, or a payment record.

Use the service responsibly

Use the game lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or misrepresent game-local results as real-world rewards. Automated or assisted play should use the documented controls and respect the same free-play boundary.
